capital of Karnataka State is considered, according to a
very reliable international news agency, as the fastest
growing and developing metropolitan city in the world. Any
wonder? It has an erudite, polite, well spoken and competent
population, just the right quality manpower this world requires
for its IT., B.P.O. Biotech, Medical transcription and similar
industries - also the ideal infrastructure and to crown
it all, a salubrious climate to match! Because of the advantage,
it has even attracted foreign governments like Singapore
to have a joint venture in setting up a gigantic project
like the International Technological Park Ltd. (ITPL) Infosys
IBM, Wipro, Microsoft, Accenture Dell, HSBC, Intel &
M Phasis to name a few MNC giants head quartered in Bangalore.
As the city grew in prominence, the pressures and demands
also increased in the same breath and volume.

is the mission of Upkar, in a nut-shell. Bangalore city
of good old days has grown beyond the imaginary borders
long long ago defying all the forecasts. But its growth
is still unstoppable. At every stage when the government
policy maker pauses and looks back, he finds himself at
the same place where he started. This is so because we are
chasing the ever changing requirements. Instead, we must
plan ahead of times and proceed. With this Vision,
we at Upkar pursue our Mission.
Future Plans
It is anybody’s knowledge that Bangalore is heading
for a globally scintillating position by virtue of its phenomenal
all round development, state-of-the-art infrastructure,
bountiful investment and placement opportunities, etc. apart
from being a fascinating tourist destination.
UPKAR
presently contributes its precious little to the growth
and glory of Bangalore city. Nevertheless, the Vision and
Mission of Upkar is not confined to just one city, but its
future plans encompass all the cities across India. Already
efforts are on for establishing Franchisees / Business Associates
at various centers in India and abroad as well.
